Delaney's Pet

Delaney's Pet is a 16hh Irish Sports Horse born in 2009 with unknown breeding who arrived in February 2015 as a nothing special, under muscled horse with a big heart and kind eye. He has proved himself reliable cross country and exceptional in dressage scoring 71% in his third prelim and 31.5 in his first BE. He has been placed at dressage at Hickstead and top 20 in BE events. He will be working on his weakest phase which is show jumping over the winter 2015/16 and continue to event during the 2016 season. Denny is now in his second season with Alex and has advanced to BE100 during 2016, they will be aiming for 1* in the 2017 season. Delaney's Pet was aiming for 1* last season but hind suspensory damage at Tweseldown shattered those dreams. He has had shockwave therapy and PRP with rehab over the winter. Denny is getting stronger but he will not event again, instead he is focusing on making his elementary dressage debut in 2018.
